When i had the pleasure of meeting Theresa I was at Buckley Landing and i knew from that instant i was going to have such a great time getting to know her, the family was so careing and Loving towards her, I miss you Vinny and will always miss Theresa, i'm sending prayers and love to the entire Pitonzo family <3 your always in my prayers.

It is difficult to express the sadness I have been feeling upon learning about the passing of your beloved mother. What an incredibly special woman she was. Even though it has been far too long since I have seen all of you, I remember her love and graciousness toward me like it was yesterday.  I have so many fond memories of her, and your entire family. She was always so proud of you, and I know how much you adored her. I also had the good fortune to partake in the Sunday family dinners at the Pitonzo home on Hartford. As my friend John would often say, "Come over for a little pasta." There were heaping bowls of pasta, and lots of laughter and high volume-conversation in a dining room crowded with family. Mrs. Pitonzo filled that house with love. Her husband, three sons and beautiful daughter and their spouses shared it graciously. I feel blessed to have been a part of that. The world lost a beautiful person. My condolences to all of you who feel it deepest.

It was with surprise and sadness that we received the news of Theresa passing.  I have fond memories of the many times that I visited the Pitonzo household and was treated as one of your family by all. 
We are both  so sorry that we weren't here to share some time with  you.

I was so sad to hear the news, but like all others filled with nothing but the fondest memories of Tessie & the Pitonzo family. The best Sundays of my childhood were spent watching Giants games in their home. For a few hours I felt part of their wonderful family.  My deepest condolences.

I can't pretend to know what you all are going through right now but I just want you to know how deeply sorry I am for your loss!  She was a truly awesome woman whom I will never forget! I too will never forget my days down on Hartford Rd hanging out on the Pitonzo's porch and playing kickball in the street or whatever else we got ourselves into.  God got a shining star in heaven this week when he got Mrs. P!  May god bless you all during this difficult time.

I treasure my memories from Harford Road & as Woman said - The Pitonzo's were a big part of our childhood. From Wiffle ball & the 1st base water pipe in their front yard -to pitching penny's on their front steps, we sure were blessed to have such a great childhood. Mrs. Pitonzo was a lovely lady & a great neighbor. Love & prayers to the entire Pitonzo family.

While I was lucky enough to know Mrs. Pitonzo through my high school years with Mike, it was my Mother's Fond memories of Her high school days and early working years with "Tessie" which brought this special lady to life for me.  How lucky are those that are able to recall these memories of a woman...Beautiful Inside and Out.

It is wonderful to read about all the lives my Grandma touched. She was truly a beautiful person inside and out. My Grandparents had true love that lasted a lifetime, their relationship is an inspiration. I miss you and love you very much Grammmy. You are with me in my heart forever.

Uncle Jim...you had 55 years in a marriage that anyone would envy.    About a month ago G and I visited you and Aunt Tessy,and as we were leaving I leaned down and kissed her and said..love you Aunt Tess..she looked up at me and smiled...I will be forever grateful that those were my last words to her.

Hearing the news immediately put me back to Hartford Road and all of the amazing childhood memories I have.  Growing up next to the Pitonzo's was priceless to me, I tell my kids all of the time what a wonderful childhood I had, and your family was a huge part of that. I was overwhelmed with emotion when I heard the news. I couldn't help but be thrown back into the thousands of memories I had as a child, teenager and young adult. I admired her strength,character and firmness. We got away with very little growing up. She was always one step ahead of us. She will be missed dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
