

He was born on February 21, 1936 and grew up in Dallas, Texas
Norman graduated high school in Dallas. He received an Agricultural and Spanish Degree from Del Mar College in Corpus Christi, Texas.
He was married to Virginia Diane Lintz on May 27, 1978.
Norman worked at Coastal State and had a career as a refinery controller operator.
His greatest accomplishment was his knowledge in agriculture and he had a passion for politics.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Diane Lintz; daughter, Paula (John) Frizzell; 2 brothers, Allen and Paul Lintz.
He is survived by Joan (David) Ellett, Joe (Rene) Lintz, Lisa (Tex) Surratt, Norman A. (Dora) Lintz, Kathy (Jay) Patin, Michael T. (Belma) Lintz, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; 2 surviving siblings, Sarah Kathleen Lintz (Sid) Mckissack and John Patrick (Lisa) Lintz.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 6, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 7, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Colonial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
