

Amber Rose Noline was born on February 21, 1995 in Miami, Arizona, the daughter of Josephine Ann Noline. She was a proud member of the San Carlos Apache Tribe, with Navajo and Cherokee heritage. She raised with the traditions, values, and teachings of her Native American culture. She carried the strength, resilience, and love of her ancestors with her throughout her life.
Amber was a bright, determined, and outgoing young woman who lived life with energy and purpose. She graduated from high school in Arizona in 2014, where she participated in track. She also enjoyed roller skating in Webb City. Always eager to learn and grow, Amber continued her education at Arizona State University before answering a new calling and joining the United States Navy on November 17, 2021. During her Navy career, Amber served as a Fire Controlman (Aegis) Third Class, dedicating herself to her service and her fellow sailors. She made many lasting friendships during her time in the Navy and was known for being friendly, outgoing, and someone who could make friends wherever she went.
Outside of her military service, Amber enjoyed staying active. She loved jogging and keeping fit, and she approached life with a spirit of adventure. She enjoyed reading, cooking, and trying new recipes. Amber was a natural learner and a true go-getter who was never afraid to try something new. She had big dreams and the determination to accomplish whatever she set her mind to. Above all, Amber was a devoted and loving mother. Her daughter was the light of her life, and she loved her more than words can express. She treasured her family deeply and held her loved ones close to her heart. Beloved daughter, mother, sister, family member, and friend, Amber passed from this life on August 1, 2026, at the age of 31 in Spring Valley, California. Though her time with us was far too short, Amber lived with purpose, dreamed boldly, and gave her heart fully to the people and things she loved.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Arkie Noline Sr. and Purlita (Cly) Noline.
Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Josephine Noline of Tahlequah, OK and cherished daughter, Amelia Pearl Underwood, of the home. She is also survived by one brother, Dalton Fry of Webb City, MO, two sisters, Imogene Case, and Jessica Noline, both of Tahlequah, OK. She leaves her niece and nephew, Angelina Case and Eugene Case, sister in arms, Hajdhica Kosta of California, many friends, cousins, and family from Arizona.
Amber will be remembered for her beautiful spirit, her strength, her ambition, and the many friendships she formed throughout her life. She leaves behind a legacy of love, courage, determination, and service. Her family and friends will forever cherish the memories of the woman she was and the lives she touched.
Funeral services for Amber will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 12:30pm at Reed-Culver Chapel with Renee Dia officiating and time of sharing by the family. A time of visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 11:30am.
She will be laid to rest at Fort Gibson National Cemetery following services at 2:30pm. Military honors will be performed by the United States Navy, which will also be serving in the capacity of pallbearers.
