Billy was born on August 28, 1934 in Stilwell, OK., the sun of Leo and Cynthia (Gann) Weavel. Billy worked as a custodian at the W.W. Hastings Indian Hospital in Tahlequah, OK for many years.
Visitation is open to the public on Thursday September 8, 2011 at the Reed Culver Funeral Home in Tahlequah.
