

Cindy was born September 29, 1965 in Muskogee, OK, the daughter of Thorn and Freda Mae (Martin) Catron. She was raised in Tahlequah in a large household alongside her twelve siblings, an upbringing that shaped her strong sense of family. She was a graduate of Tahlequah High School and later attended Northeastern State University. Earlier in her working years, she was employed as an immunization clerk before becoming disabled in her 30s.
Cindy was a very private person and truly a homebody, finding comfort and contentment in the quiet routines of home. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles, playing solitaire, and relaxing with her favorite movies and television shows. Ghostbusters was her all-time favorite movie, and she especially loved mystery and adventure shows such as Knives Out, Castle, and Scooby-Doo.
Though she preferred a quiet life, Cindy was deeply devoted to her family. She shared a close bond with her loved ones and cherished her time with her grandchildren, who brought her great joy.
On Friday, January 30, 2026, Cindy passed in Tahlequah at the age of 60 years old. Cindy will be remembered for her gentle nature, her love of simple pleasures, and the quiet but meaningful connections she shared with those closest to her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Thorn and Freda Mae Catron, one daughter, Jamie Stuck, three brothers, Frank Catron, Paul Catron and Paul Silence and three sisters, Peggy Catron, Janet Livingston and Martha Sexton.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, Ronald Stuck and Dakota Hoefer, both of Tahlequah, OK, four brothers, Robin Catron, Joe Catron, Jesse Catron, all of Tahlequah, OK, John Catron of Muskogee, OK, and Lewis Butler of Wainwright, OK, one sister, Margaret Sanders of Tahlequah, OK, as well as one brother-in-law, Todd Laster of also of Tahlequah. She also leaves two grandchildren, Anthony and Haley McBride, nephew, Greg Laster of Tahlequah, OK, niece, Kelly Livingston-Martin of Muskogee, OK, along with many other nieces and nephews, friends and loved ones.
A visitation will be held prior to services on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 beginning at 10:00am at Reed-Culver Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00pm at Reed-Culver Chapel. She will be laid to rest at Tahlequah City Cemetery.
