Crystal Rose Comfort

Crystal Rose Comfort was born on January 26, 1988, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, to Linda Sue Keener and Henry Joel McClain. She grew up in Stilwell, Oklahoma, alongside her brothers, Bruce, Sean, Clayton, Tre, and Ronald, and her sister, Rayna.

Crystal attended Cave Springs School until her teenage years. From an early age, she had a wild spirit and longed for freedom and adventure. She also had a creative soul and enjoyed listening to music while writing or drawing. Her artistic talent was recognized with awards during elementary school.

At 18, Crystal met the love of her life, Bobby Jo Comfort. The two married and were blessed with two sons, Ohria Comfort and Leighlend Comfort. Following Bobby’s passing in 2013, Crystal eventually found happiness again and welcomed another blessing, her son Atticus Ferguson. In 2026, she proudly became a grandmother with the birth of her grandson, Ohria Jr.

Crystal was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Comfort; the Chuculate grandparents; and many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Those left to cherish her memory include her parents, Linda and Henry of Stilwell, Oklahoma; her sons, Ohria of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Leighlend of Stilwell, Oklahoma, and Atticus of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her grandson, Ohria Jr. of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; and her siblings, Bruce Keener and wife Melissa of Stilwell, Oklahoma, Sean Keener and wife Cherish of Watts, Oklahoma, Clayton and Tre of Stilwell, Oklahoma, Ronald and wife Michelle of Stilwell, Oklahoma, and Rayna of Dallas, Texas. She also leaves behind many other family members and friends who will deeply miss her wild spirit and creative heart.
