Eulaine was a great wife and friend to her true love, Bill Bailey. They did everything together from camping and sightseeing in their RV to horseback riding. They were always together. She enjoyed being in the company of family and friends and was always ready to whip up a meal for anyone stopping by. Cooking and canning were her passions, and she loved to share her knowledge and food with everyone. Eulaine ran a worldwide canning forum for many years, sharing all the tips and tricks anyone would need to know. She also entered her jelly in the Texas State Fair, where she won first place for both taste and presentation. Her family always hoped to receive her dehydrated soup mixes as a gift at the holidays. It was made from her very own homemade recipe, with vegetables from the garden she diligently tended. Besides her talents in the kitchen, Eulaine was very gifted at painting, as well as bead and leather work, creating beautiful works of art. When she was not showing off her talents with art or in the kitchen, she could be found dropping a line in her favorite fishing hole or enjoying natures beauty on a hunting trip. Eulaine’s health began to fail her, and on January 27, 2025, she completed this life’s trail ride at her home in Tahlequah, OK with her family by her side. She will be missed by all of those who knew and loved her.
Completing the journey before her are her parents and one brother.
Left to carry on her memory include her husband Bill Bailey of the home, two daughters Jacquelin Rackliff of Tahlequah, OK and Jennifer Bailey of Tulsa, OK and one son Tommy J. Bailey of Claremore, OK, and her lifelong friend Debra Hixon. She had many other school and work friends as well as extended family who were very dear to her.
