Frances Emma Cook was born on August 2nd, 1924 in Lathrop, CA, the daughter of Nelson and Alma Mallette-Updike. She married Homer A. Cook and was a homemaker by profession. She passed from this life on may 23rd, 2013 in Tahlequah, OK after reaching the age of 88 years, 9 months, and and 21 days. Services for Frances will be held at a later date at Fayetteville, AR National Cemetery where she will join Homer at their final resting place.
