

Muskogee, OK- Funeral services for Harold Duane Clark will be held on Monday, April 23rd, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the Reed-Culver Funeral Home with Pastor George Hubbard officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, April 21st, 2012 from noon until 8:00 PM. Interment will be at Starnes Cemetery in Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Reed-Culver Funeral Home of Tahlequah, OK
Harold Duane Clark was born on December 4th, 1946 in Double Springs, OK the son of Dewey Edward and Helen Faye (Hubbard) Clark. He attended school in the Muskogee area. Harold was a truck driver by profession. When he wasn’t driving, he loved time spent on his farm, raising horses, working in the vegetable garden, or working in his yard. He enjoyed spending time at flea markets looking for a bargain or doing a little trading. He loved a good joke and always had a funny story to share. Harold was a happy man when in the company of his grandchildren. He absolutely assured them they were his best friends ever! He enjoyed their company, their antics, and most of all, sharing a family meal together. He married his sweetheart, Jeri Lin baker on June 4th, 1991 in Russellville, AR. Harold was a kind and thoughtful man. He loved people and liked to make them smile. A Christian by faith, he attended the First Christian Church of Checotah. The Lord called Harold home from his labors on Tuesday, April 17th, 2012 in Muskogee, OK with his family by his side. He was sixty-five years old. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends for all the hours of fun and fellowship he enjoyed with them.
Harold is preceded in death by his mother, Helen in 2008, his father Dewey in 2011, two brothers Rodney and Raymond Clark, one sister, Janice Bernhardt, two aunts Mary Lou Martin and Sally Monhollond, and uncle Loton Odell Clark.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Jeri of the home. He leaves four loving children, Leigh Ann Cariker of Tahlequh, OK, Eric Duane Clark of Tulsa, OK, Brett Warren Clark and wife Kim of Broken Arrow, OK, and Troy Dennis Clark and wife Keri Dawn of Broken Arrow, OK. He also leaves three brothers and one sister, Troy Jo Clark of Ft. Gibson, OK, Kenny Clark and wife Joyce June of Ft. Gibson, OK, Frances Driggers and husband Sam of Naples, FL, and Dewey Edward “Eddie” Clark and wife Susie of Muskogee, OK. Harold’s legacy lives on in his seven grandchildren, Cory Maben, Amanda Cariker, Amber Cariker, Michelle Cariker, Cassie Cariker, Drew Cariker, and Ariel Jade Clark , as well as three great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends and loved ones.
