Judy was born September 18, 1952, in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, to Glenn “Son” Taylor and Essie Taylor.
Judy enjoyed spending time with family, going places with her husband, Jack, and sharing a good laugh. She will be remembered for her sweet nature, her sense of humor, and the love she had for her family.
Judy and Jack Montgomery began their life together in 1999. Over the years, they shared many memories, and Judy valued the relationships she built with Jack’s family.
One of Judy’s greatest joys was being Nana. She was blessed with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren through the families she and Jack shared. She loved them dearly and was so proud of each and every one of them. She bragged about them every chance she got and would happily tell anyone who would listen all about them.
Although Alzheimer’s changed so much in Judy’s final years, it could never erase the love she shared with her family or the memories they made together.
Judy is survived by her loving husband, Jack Montgomery; her sons, Josh and his wife, Danni, and Hanson and his wife, Rachel; her daughter, Abby; and her bonus children, Steve Montgomery and his wife, Nancy, Al Montgomery and his wife, Bobbie, and Dena Montgomery, along with their families. She is also survived by her many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Additional survivors include her brothers, Mike Taylor and Harold Taylor; her sister, Betty Taylor and her husband, Danny; and her sisters-in-law, Rita Church, Judith Lupton, Janice Reinke and her husband, Dwight, and Deborah Vogler and her husband, Dansby; along with many nieces and nephews.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn “Son” and Essie Taylor; her brother, Billy Taylor; her brother-in-law, Warren Lupton; and her niece, Suzanne Lupton.
Judy will be remembered for her sweetness, her love of family, and the special place she held in the lives of those who knew and loved her.
A memorial service celebrating Judy’s life will be held Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Keys Church in Park Hill, Oklahoma.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Judy’s memory to Alzheimer’s research.
