Kathleen Moore was born in Tahlequah, OK on April 10th, 1933, the daughter of Charles Earl and Sarah (Spencer) Moore. She was a lifelong member of the Tahlequah area and was blessed with a large family of seven brothers and sisters. In 1986, she met and married the love her life, Charles Anthony Bonaha in Eureka, CA and was had one precious daughter, Margie. Kathleen always found joy in helping others, using her passion as a CNA for Gracing Living Center University for many years. Even when Kathleen wasn’t working as a nurse aide, she never failed to keep herself busy. She could do just about anything she put her mind to. She loved to crochet doilies and other items for the family. A truly talented seamstress, Kathleen could be found sewing much of the time; making blankets and repairing any torn garment to be made new. She never seemed to set down, a bit of a perpetual cleaner and always tending to her beautiful flower and vegetable gardens. No matter what she was doing, she never missed an opportunity to take time for her grandkids, nieces and nephews. They knew her door was always open if they needed a friend that understood them or for a home cooked meal. Fry bread with beans was her specialty with a side of fried potatoes with onions and cornbread. No matter who you were, she made you feel at home and had the most fantastic sense of humor. She could light up any room with her bubbly personality and was continually sharing funny stories that could always make you laugh. A Christian by faith, Kathleen passed from this life on Friday, January 1st, 2021 to spend the new year basking in the beauty of Heaven with her beloved husband, Charles who passed in 1993. The joy she brought to others will forever be held in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
