Lawrence Eugene Williams or Larry to his family and friends, was born on July 31st, 1973, in Oklahoma City, OK, the son of Alvie Williams Sr. and Jackie Ann (Huggins) Williams. He was raised predominantly in the Tahlequah area with his siblings Sara, Alvie, and Jackie. He graduated in 1991 from McRae High School in McRae Arkansas. After High School, he ended up in Kansas City, MO where he worked as an electrician and later went on to become the foreman at a concrete company in Kansas City, MO. Larry eventually moved back to Oklahoma to be closer to his family. He began subcontracting with his brother, after his health issues, he started remodeling and doing odd jobs with his friends. He loved construction and working with his hands. When he wasn’t working, you could find Larry watching football, especially the Kansas City Chiefs and OSU Cowboys. He recently started fishing again, which he really enjoyed. Friends and family meant the world to him, he enjoyed time spent with his buddies, Jed, TJ, Angel, Lucas, Blake, RJ, and Matt. His health dealt him issues and struggles over the past few years; this led him back to his roots. He began attending church again, he loved doing his Bible study, he was so proud of his church and shared with everyone how much he loved being there, especially on days they had potluck dinners. Larry was hardheaded, a fighter by nature, determined to always be right, he worked effortlessly to keep ahead of the obstacles he overcame. He liked to share stories along with a cold beer. His health began to fade and on August 10th, 2025, the Lord called this hardworking man home from his many labors with his family by his side. He was 52 years old and will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, mother and father.
