I worked with Michele at Cherokee Nation for many years. We were pregnant at the same time with December babies. I will never forget the look on her face after she had an ultra sound and it was revealed that she not only carried one baby but 2! I loved her smile and her laugh. She was always the same no matter where you saw her. I am so glad that the last time I saw her, we talked and caught up for a little while and then shared a hug. "No more sickness, no pain"...... Fly high my friend. Love you.

I have so many memories of times spent with Michele that I can't even begin to list them here. I only met Michele when Newt and I got together, but have heard a lot about their time growing up together. She will be so missed and was a bright star in our life. My prayers are with her family that they can be comforted at this time.

I met Michele in Konawa, OK. She worked for my parents at Willyard-Bayless Drug Store. My mother and Michele were the best of friends despite their age difference and I know Mom loved her very much. I thought she was such a beautiful person. I am so sorry for your loss. I have lost both my mom and dad. So, while it hurts so much to be the one left behind I celebrate their memory daily and I pray that you will reach this point very quickly. Michele was a blessing and you were fortunate to have her in your life. God Bless You all.

I remember her as I grew up at Cherokee Nation and from her living across the pasture from moms. Later in life, we enjoyed the same music and music crowds of the area. She was always sweet, nice, groovy and I loved her long curly hair. Mom and I will miss her, we continue to pray for the family. Michele rocks!

From the first time we met, I just felt we connected. Michele, was such a sweet and gentle soul. Not that we saw each other on a regular basis, but I so enjoyed seeing her and catching up. Forever, I will remember our sweet talks and prayers. I am so sorry to the family, I pray God's peace and comfort during this most difficult time.
