Patrick Kelley Webb was born in Tahlequah, OK to Raymond and Imogene (Clay) Webb on October 25th, 1963. He passed away Sunday, October 9th, 2016 at his home in Tahlequah, OK.
Growing up, Kelley was a member of the Welling General Baptist Church, where he accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior. In his adult life, he attended the Assembly of God Church in Muskogee, OK, where he was very active in the Singles Ministry, Prison Ministry, and the Praise and Worship Team. He ran the sound equipment for church services and many other church events.
Kelley was married and blessed with three sons, Jacob Andrew, Nathaniel Kelley, and Jonathan Caleb. He took great pride in all of their endeavors and considered them his greatest accomplishment.
Kelley was raised with a solid work ethic, which was instilled by many summers of hauling hay as an adolescent, with his family. It continued throughout the rest of his work history at Kentucky Fried Chicken, as a manager at Big Cheese Pizza and Stan’s Pizza and finally at Sadler Paper Company as a regional sales representative. Kelley’s love of music was a life long love affair, playing the trumpet in Tahlequah Junior High and Senior High band. He sang alto in the Jr. High Select Choir and baritone in the Senior High Concert Choir. He enjoyed all genres of music including the Statler Brothers, The Imperials, The Beach Boys, Huey Lewis and the News, and his favorites, Elvis Presley and the Beatles.
Kelley was well read and was up on current events and social commentary. He was always up for spirited debate on issues with his family, especially his mother.
Many words could describe Kelley, son, brother, uncle, dad, cousin, friend, tender hearted, sentimental, collector of memorabilia, good driver, patriotic, musician, humble, very blunt, but no matter which word you choose to describe Kelley, when you thought of him, your heart just softened and a smile would spread across your face.
Kelley is preceded in death by his father Raymond Webb in August of 2014.
He is survived by his sons, Jacob Webb of San Antonio, TX, Nathan Webb of Tulsa, OK, Johnny Webb of San Antonio, TX, his mother, Imogene Webb, whom he lovingly referred to as Mrs. Webb, his sister, Dawn Stott and husband Mike, his brother Mike Webb, his sister Lori Robertson and husband Brad all of Tahlequah, OK. There are many nieces, nephews, relatives and dear friends. Kelley will be missed by all who loved him.
