Revina Rosa “Gog” Teague, 70, of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, passed away on June 8, 2026. Born on September 22, 1955, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, Revina was the daughter of William Witt Kaulaity and Melvina (Tounwin) Stevens. She lived a life filled with simple pleasures, strong family bonds, and countless cherished memories.
Revina enjoyed crocheting, watching classic westerns, playing bingo, and shooting pool. She was a loyal fan of the Oklahoma Sooners and the Oklahoma City Thunder and never missed an opportunity to cheer on her favorite teams. She also had a special love for the music of The Temptations, whose songs often brought a smile to her face.
More than anything, Revina treasured the people she loved. Her kind heart, warm spirit, and the laughter she shared with family and friends will be remembered always.
Revina was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Teague; her parents, William Witt Kaulaity and Melvina Stevens; her stepfather, James O. Stevens Sr., who raised her as his own; and her brother, Scotty Stevens.
Those left to cherish her memory include her brothers, Melvin Kaulaity and Paul Stevens; her sister, Ethelene Stevens; and a host of beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews and friends.
Revina's legacy of love, strength, and cherished memories will remain in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
