Ron William Branson

Ron William Branson Sr. was born in Oklahoma City, OK on May 19th, 1955, the son of Howard Branson. He was raised by his grandfather CR Branson, and later attended school and then decided on a career doing general labor and was self-employed. He married Susan Robertson Branson and together they enjoyed years of love and laughter. Ron liked going fishing, hunting deer, and riding motorcycles, he was a member of a group. He loved to travel and always grabbed up his favorite canine companion, his Pomeranians, Prissy and King King. He would turn on the old country and Western music playing on the radio and travel the byways and the highways. He passed from this life on January 16th, 2025 in Tahlequah, OK. He was 69 years old and will never be forgotten.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents and his father.

Those left to celebrate his life include his wife of the home, Susan Robertson-Branson. He also leaves four special friends, Louis Metcalf of Blanchard, OK, Tina Clark of Oklahoma City, OK, John Henry Robertson, of Tahlequah, OK, and Ron Pilley. There are also many cousins and friends that will never forget Ron.

Funeral services for Ron William Branson Sr. will be conducted on Thursday, January 23rd, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Reed-Culver Chapel with Pastor Leo Duncan officiating. He will have a visitation on Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025 at Reed-Culver Funeral Home beginning at 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
