Ronnie Frank Ellison, or Ron to his family and friends, was born on February 23rd, 1948 in Archer City, TX, the son of Francis Albert Offutt and Nancy Charlene Pearson. He grew up in Colorado and Oklahoma with his mother, step-father Alton P Ellison, his grandmother Delphia (Calhoun) Pearson, one brother and one sister, Nancy Karen (Offutt) Sailor and Charles David Ellison. He graduated from Hinckley High School in Aurora, CO, where he played high school football and loved to do a little skiing. Ron decided on an Electrical Engineering degree from the University Of Colorado-Boulder. He would meet and marry his best friend, Corrine Gaye Thompson on November 29th, 1985, in Denver, CO. Together they would raise their daughter, Katy and share 33 years of adventures, laughter and memories in Colorado, Oregon, California, New Mexico and Oklahoma, until Corrine’s death in 2019. He worked for many companies over the years, Phoenix Technologies, Award Software, GeeThreeCom, and Novatel Wireless as a Senior BIOS Software Engineer. Instrumental in programming a lot of modern cellphone and computer technology connected with WiFi, USB and modems. When he was home, he loved anything to do with computers, from construction to operations, he liked watching the NASA channel too, also enjoyed chess and GO. He was a loving son, brother, husband and father, always happiest spending quality time with his family. He was quiet, patient and thoughtful, with an ornery streak. For all the plans he had made, Ron’s life was brief, he passed away on December 23rd, 2020 in Tahlequah, OK. Ron was 72 years old and will be greatly missed. Ron has gone on to join his maternal grandparents, Charles and Delphia Alma (Calhoun) Pearson, his paternal grandparents, Francis A and Vera N. (Baggett) Offutt, his Mother and Father, his step-father, and his wife, Corrine Ellison in 2019. Those left to cherish his memory include his adored daughter, Katy Ellison of Tahlequah, OK, his brother and sister-in-law, Charles Ellison and wife Tara of Tahlequah, OK, his sister, Nancy (Offutt) Sailor and her husband Roger of Littleton, CO, as well as two stepsons, Jericho Adams of Clovis, New Mexico and Steven Adams of San Jose, CA, and a host of
