William Gene "Billy" Smock was born April 13, 1956 in Pryor, OK. He was the son of Norma (Partain) Smock Gifford and William Smock. He passed from this life on November 1, 2023 at the age of 67 years old.
He is survived by one sister, Candis Morrison, nephews, Cody Wheeler and Jacob Morrison, niece, Casey Smith, two aunts, several cousins and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon and his mother and father.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Reed-Culver Chapel. He will be laid to rest next to his father in the Tahlequah City Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are Brian Crume, Leonard Ballou, Joe Murphy, David Haddock, Ryan Hosley, Brian Adams and Jessie Martin.
