Revis Annette Rook Revis, 70, entered into rest November 25, 2009 at her residence. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. EST Saturday, November 28, 2009 at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home-Riggins Road Chapel (850-877-8191). Memorial contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Annette was a native of Baltimore, Maryland , and was a longtime resident of the Tallahassee area. She was employed as shipping manager of Gargiulo Inc. Survivors include four daughters, Lisa Vickers of Bristol, Laura Wiggins, Kim (Kevin ) Godwin, Beth (Jim) Corder, all of Quincy; one son, Ralph Revis; thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Annette was preceded in death by one son, Mark Page. Arrangements are under the direction of Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, Tallahassee, FL.
