Betty Anderson, age 92, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2026 in Tallahassee FL. Born on October 23, 1933 in Columbia, SC to Lula Lisa Jane Day and Andrew Martin Hall. She was the youngest and last surviving of ten children.
Betty faced life’s greatest heartbreaks with steady grace and quiet resilience. She was preceded in death by her husband Henry Jay Anderson as well as her beloved children: Jay Alan Anderson, Rex Alan Anderson, and Stacy Jean Rouslin.
Her spirit and legacy will live on through her two grandchildren Zachary Jay Rouslin and Samuel Rex Rouslin, her Daughter in Law Mary Ellen Anderson, her Granddaughter in Law Abby Marie Rouslin and her four Great Grand Children Madeline Rose Rouslin, Henry Jay Rouslin, Olivia Bell Rouslin, Theodore James Rouslin.
She is also remembered fondly by her many nieces and nephews, extended family members, and lifelong friends.
She was a devout Christian and member of Thomasville Road Baptist Church.
