Caleb Brock

Caleb Brock, age 56, passed away in his home on the morning of September 30, 2015. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family, but especially by his sister Laura Brock and his father Roy Brock. His mother, Ruth Brock, preceded him in death.He was born on May 24, 1959, in South Lake Tahoe, California.He grew up in St. Cloud, Florida and attended Tallahassee Community College before joining the U.S.Navy, serving on the U.S.S. Forrestal. After leaving the Navy, he worked for his father's carnival, travelling all over North America. After he returned to Tallahassee, he worked for the Circle K franchise for a number of years. He was a great sports enthusiast, expert statistician and trivia gatherer of all sports, most particularly, the Florida State Seminoles.Among his many other interests were astronomy, 70's music, movies, science fiction and countless Facebook friends. Central to his life was Crossway Church and its members who were his dearest friends. He considered them his family in the Lord. He will be especially missed by his special caregiver Shirley Holsey and dear friend Joshua Clement.A special thanks to caregivers at TMH, especially his physician Dr. Dan Kaelin and his staff. The family will receive guests at Culley's Funeral Home at 1737 Riggins Road at 1 pm on Saturday, October 3, 2015 and a memorial service will follow at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to TMH Foundation for the TMH Wound Care Center.
