We can truly say this man walked with God. I'm reminded of the times we would sit down to talk to him and he always talked about Jesus and going home to be with the Savior in the end. Brother Smith has taken his journey and I'm sure he is rejoicing with Jesus and those who have gone on before him. If he had a last word to say to all he would say, Do you know Jesus as your Savior and if you don't let me pray with you and be committed to the one who can save you from your sins. I was at get togethers with Grandpa and family. Attended Church with him and worshiped with him and Grandma. He could surely say a pray over the food and lots of times talk to God about others needs and then prayed over the food. Yea you guessed it and then we would eat, LOL... Brother Smith was very respectful to the presence of the Lord, no matter where he was, he didn't fail to mention the Savior. If he was back her today, he would tell us O Get Ready for He is coming soon. God surely picked a flower for the master's bouquet and he is rejoicing with the Savior and those who have gone on before. God Bless this family and lets us all meet at the meeting in the air. Rember Life is But a vapor, it appeareth for a short time and vanish away, and in Philipians, I have fought a good fight i have kept the faith and i have finished my course. Amen.

Our condolences to the family. Brother Smith has been a great testament to all of us who shared him prior to his departure from our church he and Sister Smith shared a pew with us for years and I still call it the Smith's seat. Heritage has missed his presence but look forward to seeing him again.
