Charlene Goldfarb Whittle

Charlene Marie Whittle (née Goldfarb), age 51, passed away on July 1, 2026, in Tallahassee, Florida. Born on June 23, 1975, in the same city she called home throughout her life, Charlene was surrounded by the love of her family as she departed this world.

Charlene is survived by her devoted husband, Matthew Whittle; her beloved children, Caleb Babb and Amelia Armstrong; her step-children Crista and AJ and five step-grandchildren; her cherished mother, Kathie Goldfarb; her dear sister Jenn Mercer and brother-in-law Jeff Mercer; and her treasured niece Sylvia Mercer. She was predeceased by her father, Joel Goldfarb.

Charlene’s life was a testament to kindness, compassion, and unwavering optimism. She had an extraordinary ability to brighten any room with her smile and uplift those around her with her positive outlook on life. Her belief that every person deserved love and kindness guided her actions and shaped the way she connected with others. Charlene welcomed everyone into her heart with genuine warmth and an open spirit, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Her greatest joy came from caring for others. Whether it was offering a helping hand during difficult times or simply sharing a moment of laughter to lighten someone’s day, Charlene found purpose in spreading happiness. Her generosity of spirit and ability to see the good in people left an indelible mark on countless lives. Those who knew Charlene will forever remember her infectious happiness and the unconditional love she gave so freely.

Charlene’s legacy is one of hope, love, and compassion—a legacy that will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her. Though deeply missed, she will live on in the hearts of those who carry forward the lessons of kindness she so effortlessly embodied.

May Charlene rest in peace, knowing that the love she shared with the world will never be forgotten. A Celebration of Life will be held on July 26, 2026, from 05:30 PM to 07:00 PM at Northpoint Christian Church 1506 Bannerman Rd.
