Lucia, We are saddened to learn of Chip's death.  He leaves fond memories for us to cherish.  I used to babysit with the Moes children in Augusta and later Chuck brought us to Gulf Breeze to work at the bank. Our son, Terry, Jr. was Ring Bearer in your beautiful wedding. I worked with Chip in Assurant. We went to the corporate run together in 2010 and had lunch everyday at work.  I am very sorry for your loss.  He was a great man and very friendly.  I was impressed on how well he knew Spanish for a man raised in Georgia with no Spanish roots.  He was a delight to have as a friend and I will always miss him.

Like Chip, I am an ex-MARC employee. I actually took over his job at MARC when he left his position many many years ago.

My family feels blessed to have met Chip and his family during our time in Chile. He was an exceptional man: we admired not only his devotion to You, Lucia and his 8 children but also to his faith. We fondly remember his ministry at St George's and his tireless participation and support of so many activities and people at Nido and the expat/Chilean community always with a big smile and sense of humor. We are deeply saddened, but find comfort in God's promises.
