Charles E. Souter, 64, passed away Thursday, March 14, 2013 after a lengthy illness.
Graveside service will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at Culley MeadowWood Memorial Park. Friends may call from 2 - 4 pm Sunday, March 17, 2013 at Culley MeadowWood Funeral Home, 1737 Riggins Road.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society .
