Dan proudly served his county in the US Air Force for 26 years including a tour in Vietnam. After retiring he served his community as a Deputy Sheriff for 17 years.
Danny is survived by his wife of 55 years Carol Scott; his two sons Jeffery Scott (Kimberly) and Stuart Scott (Jennifer), grandchildren: Daniel Scott, Katelyn Scott (Wyatt), Jeffery Scott; and Step-Grandchildren: Brittany Berthold, Britt Mills (Tina), Morgan Mills (Caine), Lauren Mills, Reagan Boswell.
Danny was preceded in death by his parents.
A funeral service for Danny will be held Friday, January 7, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Tallahassee National Cemetery, 5015 Apalachee Parkway, Tallahassee, Florida 32311.
