Dennis proudly served in the United States Army for 4 years and 20 years in the Florida Army National Guard. He was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, son and friend whose love for his family will be remembered always.
Dennis was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Abbott, and his beloved wife, Amy Abbott.
Dennis is survived by his mother, Madeline Abbott; his three children, Dennis “Wesley” Abbott, and wife, Anastasia Abbot, Wendy Abbott and Sierra Abbott; and his cherished grandchildren, Lorelei, Landon, Everett, Charlie and Kirby. He is also survived by his sister, Jeanie Benton, and her husband, Ricky; and his former wife and the mother of two of his children, Cynthia Hyde; along with many extended family members and friends.
Dennis’ love and devotion to his family will remain in the hearts of all who knew him. His memory will be treasured by those whose lives he touched and will be deeply missed.
