Edgar “Hugh” Collins, 74 of Tallahassee, passed away on November 14, 2014. He was born March 2, 1940 in Cairo, GA to William and Audrey Collins. Hugh is predeceased by his wife Annette Collins, brother Wayne Collins, sister Nellie Brinson. Hugh grew up in Calvary and Reno Georgia before moving to Tallahassee to start his family. Hugh was retired from Southeast Milk with over 30 years of employment. He is survived by his sons, Huey (Stacy) Collins of Tallahassee, and Chuck (Trinka) Collins of Tallahassee, his grandson Tanner (Sarah) Collins of Tallahassee and his great grandson Fisher Collins of Tallahassee. Friends will be received Tuesday from 5-6:30 pm at Culleys Meadowwood Funeral Homes, Riggins Road Chapel. Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00 am Wednesday at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Bainbridge, GA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made be made in Hugh’s memory to Big Bend Hospice or Alzheimer's Foundation.
