Elizabeth A. “Beth” Wood, 89, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2013. Funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Friday, August 16, 2013 at Culley’s MeadowWood Riggins Road Chapel with burial to follow in Oakland Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6 – 8 pm Thursday, August 15th in the funeral home.
Beth was the widow of the late B.F. Wood. She was a member of Tallahassee Church of God. She is survived by her two sons, Terry and his wife Terry Leigh and Scott, five grandchildren, Quincee Messersmith, Cameron Wood, Carmin Nedley, Whitnee Fuqua and Benjamin P. Wood, and two great grandchildren, Mason Brown and Grayson Wood.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Big Bend Hospice, 1723 Mahan Center Blvd. Tallahassee, FL 32308.
