Ethel Lewis Gould

Rosie attended the University of Georgia and loved her Bulldogs.

She had a great love for her family, especially her grandchildren, and the church.

She was a long-standing member of the First Baptist Church of Tallahassee where she regularly attended the Early Risers' Sunday School Class. Ethel was always serving her church and family in many ways.

Ethel is preceded in death by her husband, George Gould; parents, Frank and Kish Lewis; brother, Richard Lewis; and daughter-in-law, Jan Gould.

Rosie is survived by her sons George, Richard (Carol), and Garland (Lisa); brother, Wallace Lewis; sister, Ann Jackson; and grandchildren, George M., Meridith, Lucas, Christian, and Grace Gould.

The family will receive friends for a visitation Sunday, September 21 at 6 p.m. at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home at 1737 Riggins Road. Her funeral service will be held at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home at 700 Timberlane Road on Monday, September 22 at 2:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the First Baptist Church of Tallahassee or Big Bend Hospice of Tallahassee.
