She was born on May 3,1933 in Cumberland County, Kentucky to Raymond and Jewell Roberts Young. Flora Jo was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years Tommy C. Brown and is survived by her brother Sandy (Judy) Young, four children, Lauren, Mark (Bari), Keith (Karen) and Kevin Brown. She has five grandsons and one granddaughter.
A graveside service will be held at a later date at Grider Cemetery in Grider, Kentucky.
