Frances Shirey Mayo passed away February 16. She was preceded in death by her husband M.H. (Buddy) Mayo. She is survived by one daughter, two stepchildren, three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held in Oakland Cemetery February 20 at 10am.
