

He was preceded in death by his wife, Urmilaben, and brother, Rajabhai. He is survived by his sons, Manu (Nila) of Tallahassee, Jitendra (Kokila) of Tallahassee, Bharat (Mina) of Tampa and Jagdish (late Pragna) of Sarasota; daughters, Manjula (late Vithal) Kardani of Tampa, Pravina (Dhiraj) Makvana of Ft. Lauderdale and Trusha (Vraj) Panara of Orlando; grandchildren, Samir (Christina), Devang, Amy (Amar Dalsania), Veeral, Vishal (Zama), Raj (Christina), Pooja (Sagar), Arjun (Pooja), Kishan (Amy), Chaetalee (Kevin), Mona (Branning), Nishita (Michael), Anup (Jenifer), Richa (Nikesh), Kush (Emily); and great-grandchildren, Ariana, Anay, Landen, Zoya, Anya, Ausin, Aadi, Drew, Daniel, Oliver, Reya, Aarin, Gian and Maya.
He served the Gujarat government until he retired. He migrated to the US in 1991. His friendly nature and amazing memory connected him to a lot of friends. His love for gardening, reading, ayurveda, naturopathy, and yoga kept him healthy. His philanthropy work was his passion. He regularly participated in all activities of Gujarati Samaj.
A celebration of his life will be held Friday, January 5, 2024 at 1pm at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, 1737 Riggins Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32308.
