She was preceded in death by her husband, R.R. "Bud" Frizzell, her parents and a brother and sister.
Grace is survived by her sister, Esther Diehl, daughters, Linda Williams (Tom), with whom she lived for the past 15 years, Pamela Stephens (Doug), grandsons, Tom Williams Jr. (Maggie), Joe Williams (Robin), granddaughters, Kimberly Stephens, Kristin Stephens, Shannon Moninger (Jason), Vikki Beatty (Scott), 11 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren.
She was an awesome Mother and Grandmother, with an irreverent sense of humor. She had a very sharp mind, loved books, flowers, birds, candy and her family. She was much loved and will be sorely missed.
A private family service will be held.
