Helen Harvey, 86, of Tallahassee, Florida passed away peacefully in the presence of family and loved ones Friday May 19, 2017. Born January 6, 1931 in Korea, she had lived a long and rich life. She was predeceased by her husband Clarence and is survived by her sons Robert and Charlie and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a devout Christian, a loving mother and caring friend to many.
Helen lived most of her life in Tallahassee and was a longtime member of Faith Presbyterian Church and East Hill Baptist Church. She proudly worked for over 40 years as a hair stylist at Suburban Salon. Her great passion was gardening which brought her so much joy.
Her last wish was to be cremated and her ashes spread in a private family service. Memorial donations may be sent to: Faith Presbyterian Church, 2200 N. Meridian Road, Tallahassee FL or to the charity of the donor's choice.
