Prior to living in Tallahassee, Mrs. Redmon lived in San Antonio, Texas for more than 45 years. Mrs. Redmon was born April 30, 1933 in Peru, IN. Prior to her retirement, she worked for Civil Service at Security Hill from 1968 to January 1994. Helen was predeceased by her husband, Patrick J. Redmon, whom she married June 21, 1951; her father and mother, George F. and Zella F. Butt Cunningham; brothers, Douglas and George Edward Cunningham; and sisters, Louanna Bradley and Loretta Vincent.
She is survived by nieces, Judy Bradley Engel and Joy Vincent Wilson; and nephews, James Bradley, Jerry Bradley, Timothy Vincent, Eric Cunningham, and Chad Cunningham; in addition to many great nieces and nephews.
In keeping with her wishes, no formal services will be held. She will be inurned at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Ft. Wayne, IN. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
