Kelly ,Sending Prayers For You & Your Family

I rememebr Mike so well,  We went through the OSI Special Agents Course in Washington DC in January 1963.  We roomed together for those 3 months and spent virually every day and evening together.  They called us the Kennedy Twins we because we both born in MA, spoke with those distinctive acents, dressed similarly, and combed our hair alike, mimicking the Kennendy Brothers. He was a wonderful, fun loving guy and his USAF career showed that he was also a great patriot and commander of troops.He will be missed by all who knew and respected his leaddrship and friendship.

Mrs. Manning I can truly say that Mike gave me lots of encouragement in completing my Degree work at Florida State.  I was his Secretary in the Public Service Section at DHSMV.  My prayers are with you and your family.

You and your family are in my thoughts.   I loved Mike's sense of humor and his charm.  I will miss him at the bridge tables.

I will forever remember the summers we spent playing poker and the funny jokes you

John Michael Manning was the greatest grandfather I could ever ask for. He taught to stick up for myself and taught me behavior skills. I will miss him this christmas, but I know he's not in pain anymore and that is the best gift of all. I will miss his sense of humor and the way he used to sit in his favorite green chair and crack jokes about us. You are gone but never forgotten, love you papa. Sincerely, your best pal.

I will forever miss my beloved grandfather. He was a true role model, and taught me how to stick up for myself. He was a good man, with the best sense of humor! Mike and I go back to 1965 when he replaced me at a small remote Air Force installation in Turkey with Pat and the kids in tow.  In those early years it was North Dakota and Turkey for the Mannings on multiple occasions. We served in hqs together where I worked for him. In retirement we played golf in Myrtle Beach for 20+ years. My ole friend will be missed. He was a true patriot and dedicated family man. I salute him and will miss his dry sense of humor.

I was very sad to learn of my dear cousin Mike's death and am thankful that I got to spend time with him two years ago when he visited Massachusetts. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time in your life.
