Johnnie Lee Decker a long time resident of Panama City died Saturday October 15, 2002 at the age of 57. John had been sick for a number of years. He was born in Martinez CA January 10, 1965 and was married to Brandi Howard (divorced). John worked for many years in Cable TV construction across the United States. He is preceded in death by his father Johnnie Lee Decker SR. He is survived by his daughter Shelby Decker Panama City FL, his mother Patsy Lewis, and stepfather Harrell Lewis Panama City FL, sisters, Zina Decker, Vallejo CA, Tammy Ashton (Wes) Denver CO, Virginia Schena (Peter) Haverhill MA, and his brother Matthew Lewis (Roz) Ruskin FL. John will be cremated.
