Haylie, thank you so much for letting me know about these photos on-line. Once again, I was swept back over all the years of happiness and tears shared with Judy and many beautiful, fun filled memories. Watching them from their teens grow into the sweet family you all shared. My prayer for you and Wally is all these memories will give you both the strength to smile again one day with a full, peaceful heart. The photos are a wonderful tribute to the four of you. I love you both heart and soul...

Haylie and Walt, today, as we honor your Dad, we will remember his service to our country, to the state of Florida, and most of all the two great kids he raised. The pictures show his deep pride in the two of you. Blessings to you and your family. Love, D'Lo and Angel.

For those of us who were fortunate enough to have known Larry Smith, we are truly blessed. For those who were not, imagine the fantastic humor of the greatest comedian, the truth of one's most reliable friend, the compassion of the sweetest grandmother and the loyalty of the world's greatest dog. Only then, will you come close to understanding a minute fraction of one of the greatest people I've ever had the privilege of knowing... and he is my dad. He passed away yesterday and I will never be whole again. I love and miss you more than I thought humanly possible! Farewell, my friend - my best friend!

My thoughts and prayers to Larry's family on his death. I had no idea he lived in Tallahassee, but I remember him so vividly from school days at Tate. He rode the same bus as me and my siblings and lived not far from us. I remember him coming to our house to a birthday party for my brother and on other occasions. I am so sorry for his passing and for your loss.
