She was born March 2, 1924, in Leon County, the daughter of Paul and Leola Maige. She graduated from Leon High School class of 1942. She worked many years at Hicks Drug Store in Tallahassee.
She is survived by a daughter, Barbara Ann Myers; a son, Dennis (Dorothy) Perryman; two sisters, Eloise Summers (Don recently deceased) of Tallahassee and Ona Marie Gibson (Jim) of Havana, Florida; grandchildren, Amy Perryman-Pearson, Jason Paul Perryman, Thomas Charles Perryman, Ashley Hibbert, Ariel Hibbert, Amber Hibbert and Austin Hibbert; great grandchildren, Courtnie Noelle Hall and Gage Ryan Hall.
She is predeceased by her husband, Charles; her parents and a sister, Genevieve Culbreth and a brother-in-laws, Jack Culbreth and Don Summers.
Visitation will be held 1:00-2:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, Riggins Road Chapel with funeral services to follow at 2:00 P.M. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery.
