Annie Louise Todd Matthews, 85, passed away Monday, January 09, 2012.
Affectionately known as Sister, she was born in Valdosta, Georgia, and made Tallahassee her home in 1961. She was a retired Executive director with the Department of Commerce for the State of Florida.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 am Thursday, January 12, 2012 in Culley's MeadowWood Timberlane Road Chapel with interment to follow in Oakland Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6 - 8 pm Wednesday, January 11, in the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Big Bend Hospice, 1723 Mahan Center Blvd. Tallahassee, FL 32308.
Mrs. Matthews is survived by five nieces and nephews and many great-nieces and -nephews to whom she was Mom and Grandmother.
Arrangements are under the direction of Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, Tallahassee, FL.
