To our sweet "nana" who never forgot anyone.  I have known you longer than anyone, 50 years. Never a week went by without talking and reminiscing.  I have experienced with you all of your ups and downs, great joy and great sorrow. It's hard to imagine that my phone will not ring anymore with you on the other end. No one understands better the medical struggles you have endured except for me as i have the same condition.  I am so glad that God has taken you from your sick body and made you "whole" again, young, beautiful and free. There are not enough words, so I hope that saying I love you is enough.  We never missed a beat on that. Hope my late husband is there to greet you among many others who love you... your daughter.

I am terribly sorry for your loss and wish you all the best during this very difficult time. Lucy was always so very pleasant and sweet every time that I met her. I remember her and Jim visiting me in the hospital even when it was physically difficult for her to make the trip. She was selfless, compassionate and a true gift to us all. Jim, Julie, and Brian..... My Jim and I were so sorry to hear of your loss. Lucy was such a fine person.....a real "classy lady"....a truer friend would be hard to find. I know that physically she's in a better place but damn it's so hard to know that physically she'll not be around although she'll always be with me and maybe some day we'll be able to "dance our hearts away" like we used to in the good old days.
