Born in Ixmiquilpan, Hidalgo, Mx, he eventually made his home, in Florida, Us, where he worked tirelessly to provide for his family and to build a better future for those he loved. He was a hardworking man, with a strong personality and strong character.
Family was at the center of his life; he helped many of his relatives begin new lives in the United States. He was a great person and friend to have, a great father and grandfather, whose grandchildren took joy in.
He was also a boss, who embraced his great work ethic till his last days, he could be stubborn and outspoken, with a remarkable ability to charm others and win them over, with jokes, with his life stories. He also showed a lot of kindness which extended beyond his family, he was always willing to lend a helping hand, often going out of his way to help people find work when needed.
He embraced Jesus Christ late in life, which came as a comfort to his family and him.
He is survived by a long list of families, too many to name, his sons, his daughter, his grandsons, his granddaughters, his brothers, and his sisters.
Though he leaves behind great emptiness, his memory will live on in the family he loved the lives he touched, and the lessons he left behind. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
“He often said, ‘I do this for y’all and yours. When I leave, I won’t take anything with me.’ In the end what he leaves behind is far greater: a family, legacy, and the love of those whose lives he touched.”
A Funeral Service will be held at Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, 700 Timberlane Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, on November 4, 2026, at 12:00 pm.
