Born May 21, 1964 in Tallahassee, FL, to the son of the late Jimmy and Peggy Higgins.
He graduated from Lincoln High School and went on to work as a sales manager in the coffee/beverage and concrete industry.
Jack was an avid sports fan and loved going out on the boat with close friends and family. Jack was known as the "life of the party." Jack was a HUGE fan of Alabama football. Roll Tide!
Jack was preceded in death by his father, James "Jimmy" Higgins and mother, Margaret "Peggy" Higgins.
Jack is survived by his son Cody Higgins (Andrea) of Clearwater, FL, his daughter Alexandria Higgins of Tallahassee, FL; one brother James Jimmy Higgins of Tallahassee, FL, and one grandson, Kennedy Higgins who will miss him dearly.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
