Mary S Mary Parramore

Graveside service will be held 11:00 am Monday, January 31, 2011 at Oakland Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 4 – 6 pm Sunday, January 30, 2011, at Culley’s MeadowWood Riggins Road Chapel.

Born in New York City, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Parry D. and Anna Seabury Saylor. A longtime Tallahassee resident, she was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church. Jerry was a member of Capital City Country Club and was active in the Radiance Garden Circle for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, James F. Parramore, Sr. and her brother, Lawrence Saylor.

She is survived by her son, James F. “Mike” Parramore (wife Naomi) of Tallahassee, daughters, Pat Taylor of Atmore, AL, Pam Vause (husband Donnie) of Tallahassee and Sandy Sinclair (husband Tom) of Fairhope, AL, 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

She will always be remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Big Bend Hospice, 1723 Mahan Center Blvd, Tallahassee, FL 32308.
