Mizella Shaw Reynolds

Our Beloved Mother and Friend Mizella Shaw Reynolds passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2026.

Mizella was preceded in death by her Husband, Ronald Reynolds,

Parents, Richard and Helen Shaw

Brother, Richard Dorenzo Shaw

Nephews, Wille E. Shaw and Ramon Filer and

Niece, Nicole Fitzgerald.

She is survived by her Daughter Chyra Reynolds, and Son Dwight Reynolds,

Brother, Allen W. Carr (Wife, Elouise)

Sisters, Aleatha Shaw-Filer, Gail Gainous, and

also, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.

Before relocating to Tallahassee, Mizella was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, graduating from George S. Middleton High School (Class of 1967).

Mizella was a devoted and loving Mother, Sister, and Aunt who cared deeply for her Family. She will be sorely missed, but her Spirit will continue to live on in the people that were Blessed to know her.
