Mychelle Jones, 57, of Havana died Sunday (9/27) at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare. A native of Dothan, Alabama she came to the Tallahassee area in 1980 from there. She enjoyed planting vegetables and canning as well as cooking. Shopping was another activity she was always ready for and would spend a lot of time decorating her home to reflect the perfect atmosphere. She had reigned as Miss Dothan and was 2nd runner up for Miss Alabama. A music major, she enjoyed playing the piano and singing. Family and her grandchildren were always a priority to her.
Survivors include her husband: John D. Jones; sons: John E. Jones, Ray (Asheighly) Jones; five grandchildren and numerous cousins.
