Nancy Caroline Bramlett

Nancy Caroline Marshall Womack Bramlett, 76, passed away of natural causes on Friday, May 18th, 2012.

She was born in Tallahassee on March 13, 1936.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 am Thursday, May 24, 2012 at St. John’s Episcopal Cemetery.

Nancy graduated from Leon High School in 1954 and the University of Florida in 1958 with a degree in Education. She retired from Leon County Schools; she had taught Kindergarten at Apalachee Elementary School for some 15 years.

She married Henry Muse Womack, Jr. in 1958.

She is survived by her present husband, Fred Thomas Bramlett; her son, Henry Muse Womack III; daughters, Nancy Reed McCoy of Lake Havasu City, Arizona and Rosemary Womack Redfearn of Ormand Beach, FL. Other family members include her sister, Mary Jane Butler; cousins, Grace Albritton, Mary Lee Roberson, Emily Harrison and Marshall Register; and a dear friend, Gail Beck. Nancy loved her dog, Maggie, her cat, Martha Jane. She enjoyed sunsets at the beach, fishing, flowers and spending time outdoors in the sun.
