Wayne was the devoted husband of Carla Dalton, his partner for 18 years, closest friend and the love of his life. In addition to his wife, he leaves one son, Christopher, and his wife, Yesi, of Miami, Florida; three daughters, Kristy and Carly of Midland, Texas and Lucy of Havana, Florida; two grandchildren, Roscoe and Soren of Miami, Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
He also leaves behind two siblings, his sister, Jackie, and his brother, David; and his best friend, Myles Dekle, whom he loved like a brother.
Wayne was kind, patient, and the best joke teller ever.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at Trinity United Methodist Church.
