Norma Bertram, 89, resident at Cherry Laurel, Tallahassee, Florida died at Big Bend Hospice House on December 23, 2015. Norma was born in Saskatchewan Canada on July 3, 1926. She was a long time resident of Central Florida and moved to Tallahassee in August of 2014 to be close to her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Bertram. She is survived by her brother, Walter Baylor of Regina, SC; her sisters, Marjorie Szabo, Las Vegas, NV, Loreen De Baleau, Calgary, AL, and Dorothy Baylor, Calgary, AL; three sons, Bobby Bertram of Jacksonville, Brett Bertram and his partner, Rose, of Cleveland, Ohio, and Richard Bertram and his partner, Wendy Morgan, of Tallahassee, Florida. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Robyn Bertram and Wendy Prophet and husband Trevor. The family will be having a private memorial. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorials be made in Norma’s name to Big Bend Hospice in Tallahassee.
